Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Engineer to join our construction team. This position is ideal for a new graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management who is eager to build a career in the construction industry. The Project Engineer will support project managers and field staff in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
• Help prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Participate in project meetings and take meeting notes as needed
• Support change order documentation and cost tracking
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and quality control processes
• Perform site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related field) required
• Internship or co-op experience in construction is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management software is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $33.65/hr.
