Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Lab Technician, where you will play a pivotal role in conducting performance testing and analysis of membrane products. You will ensure adherence to industry standards and company specifications, collaborating closely with experienced engineers, chemists, and the R&D team to optimize membrane materials and processes.
Responsibilities
- Follow standard testing protocols and procedures.
- Conduct performance testing and analysis of membrane products, including parameters like permeability, fouling resistance, and selectivity.
- Develop and implement testing protocols in alignment with industry standards and company specifications.
- Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment such as filtration systems and analytical instruments.
- Record, analyze, and interpret test data accurately.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports.
- Collaborate with SR engineers, chemists, and the R&D team to identify improvement areas.
- Troubleshoot testing issues and identify root causes of test discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during testing procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Hands-on experience with laboratory testing equipment and data analysis tools is beneficial.
Work Environment
The position involves working Monday through Friday in 8-hour shifts within a laboratory setting. You will perform lab assistant and technician responsibilities to support the on-site chemist. The role offers opportunities for growth into an Analytical Chemist role, working alongside the R&D and Analytical Chemist team. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
