Job Title: Entry Level Chemist

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as an Entry Level R&D and Regulatory Specialist. This role is ideal for recent graduates or someone passionate about formulation science, compliance, and continuous learning. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the full product lifecycle from concept to creation, working hands-on at our cosmetic manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the development and refinement of cosmetic formulations, including batching and raw material selection.
• Lead regulatory and compliance efforts across product development stages.
• Innovate and iterate on existing formulas while contributing to the creation of new products.
• Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure alignment and understanding of product goals and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand the rationale behind each product decision and process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for regulatory submissions and audits.
• Stay current with industry trends, ingredients, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Related Field
• Strong understanding of raw materials and batching processes.
• Some Experience in formulation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
