We’re looking for a Remote Project Engineer to join our team and help us deliver high-impact projects for universities, hospitals, and more.
Location: Remote (Hybrid – Occasional travel to NC & NY)

🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate installations and manage all phases of the project—from kickoff to close-out.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Layout, Purchasing, and Sales to align on customer expectations.
- Develop and manage production schedules, billing plans, and project priorities.
- Interpret and work from construction documents, including architectural and MEP drawings.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules (submittals, procurement, delivery, installation).
- Lead document control for RFIs, submittals, and product data.
- Optimize project delivery and installation costs.
- Manage change orders and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Troubleshoot field issues and ensure punch list completion.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and project profitability.
🎓 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in project/account management in a manufacturing, dealership, or installation setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (advanced knowledge is a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with VISUAL ERP and AutoCAD is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $57.00/hr.
