Job Title: Engineering Project Coordinator
Job Description
The Engineering Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Project Management Team. This position requires a highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail to coordinate various project tasks and responsibilities. As the coordination hub for the Project Management department, the coordinator manages multiple project processes, deadlines, and priority tasks.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with multiple Project Managers to provide overall general support.
- Manage project document processes, including maintaining a master project submittal calendar and a master billing and invoice calendar.
- Organize and collate mechanical submittal documents and track bill of material release dates.
- Maintain the project master drawing file and interpret BOMs.
- Generate subcontracts for lower-tier contractors and coordinate the Change Management process.
- Generate Operations and Maintenance manuals for each project.
- Prepare drawings, project information, and shipping schedules.
- Attend project team meetings, track meeting action items, and publish updates.
- Assist Project Managers with interdepartmental communications.

This is a Permanent position based out of Edwardsville, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
