As a Sr. Engineering Program Manager for EBOS, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality electrical components such as combiners, disconnects, wiring harnesses, and protection systems. You will work closely with engineering, product management, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure that EBOS products meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.

- Experience with hardware development as a program manager.

- Familiarity with UL, NEC, and power electronics.
- BS degree in an engineering discipline, preferably electrical or hardware.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and global supply chains.
- Exposure to utility-scale solar or energy storage systems.
- Understanding of product development processes for electrical hardware.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
