As Site Operations Manager, you’ll lead the strategic direction and daily operations of our manufacturing site. You’ll oversee Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Maintenance, and Site Support Functions to ensure excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams in production, engineering, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 standards
- Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
Performance Management
- Deliver site KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement
- Foster a safety-first culture and ensure EH&S compliance
- Manage budgets and implement cost-saving strategies
Strategic Execution
- Align site-level strategies with corporate goals
- Support new product introductions and technology transfers
Team Development
- Mentor and develop a diverse, high-performing team
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
Facilities Oversight
- Ensure optimal infrastructure and equipment performance
- Lead preventive maintenance and capital projects
Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the site in audits, customer visits, and corporate reviews
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management
- 10 years of leadership experience in regulated manufacturing (preferably medical device)
- Proven success in delivering results across key operational metrics
- Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience with FDA and ISO 13485 compliance
- Ability to lead in a matrixed organization
- Strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution
- Passion for talent development and positive workplace culture
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
Annual bonus incentive of 10%; unlimited PTO; we offer health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other competitive benefits to support our employees’ well-being and professional growth.
