Description
• Manage high-volume electronics manufacturing production lines
• Lead operators, technicians, engineers, and shift supervisors
• Oversee production schedules, work orders, and manufacturing execution
• Drive productivity, quality, and throughput performance
• Ensure production goals are met across multiple shifts
• Coordinate with process engineering and equipment engineering teams
• Focus primarily on people leadership and manufacturing execution rather than hands-on technical work
• Support scaling operations across multiple manufacturing facilities
• Work in a fast-paced, high-growth production environment
• Responsible for both people management and manufacturing process execution
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Sugar Land, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
