What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronic Technician position at Actalent?
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
- The Electronics Technician will assist in the development, testing, troubleshooting, assembly, and calibration of analog and digital circuitry for industrial instrumentation according to schematics and specifications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 years’ experience with electronics troubleshooting PCBs
- Working experience with test equipment; oscilloscopes, meters, signal generators
- Ability to read schematics and test plans
- Ability to identify components such as diodes, resistors, integrated circuits
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in prototyping and modifying PCB circuits with through-hole and SMT components.
Work Environment
The role is based in an office environment, working closely with the IT/Electronics team of approximately 10-12 people. The dress code is business casual. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
