Job Title: Electronics Test Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Engineer to conduct detailed tests on electronic components, systems, and products. The ideal candidate will ensure that these elements meet specified performance and quality standards. This role involves setting up and operating test equipment, analyzing test data, and collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate various test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers, to perform functional, performance, and reliability tests on electronic components and systems.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed test reports and documentation for review by engineering and quality assurance teams.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electronic components and systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to address identified problems.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and systems.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret test data.
• Experience in preparing detailed test reports and documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics testing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment and data analysis tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
