- Electrical Component Development
- Contribute to the design and integration of motor drives, valve controllers, electronic control units (ECUs), and wire harness assemblies tailored for defense systems.
- Component Testing & Analysis
- Perform hands-on testing and characterization of electrical components using oscilloscopes, signal generators, power analyzers, and regulated power supplies.
- Prototype Assembly
- Support the build and evaluation of vapor cycle system prototypes, ensuring readiness for functional testing and performance validation.
- Technical Documentation
- Generate and maintain detailed engineering documentation—including schematics, PCB layout files, test protocols, and technical reports—to support design and verification activities.
- Tool Proficiency
- Utilize MATLAB, Simulink, Altium Designer, and SolidWorks Electrical to model, simulate, and refine electrical systems and components.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with electrical, mechanical, and project engineering teams to align design efforts with program goals and delivery timelines.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization
- Diagnose issues across design, test, and integration phases; implement corrective actions and design improvements to ensure system reliability.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Adhere to defense industry standards and engineering best practices, ensuring all deliverables meet applicable regulatory and quality requirements.
