Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our critical power group. The position can be based in Lenexa, KS or AR office, with the possibility of remote work within 200 miles of either location. The role focuses on overseeing mission-critical construction projects involving Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), backup generators, power distribution units (PDUs), switchgear, and transfer switches. These systems ensure continuous power delivery to environments such as data centers, hospitals, manufacturing plants, and logistics hubs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle project management from preconstruction through closeout.
• Ensure accountability for safety, schedule, execution, and financial performance.
• Handle profit/loss responsibility and budget forecasting.
• Write subcontractor scopes and manage vendor relationships.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control of design documents and field implementation.
• Lead client interactions and resolve technical issues.
• Create and maintain construction schedules and meeting documentation.
• Manage daily operational tasks and provide logistical project support.
• Create and maintain project files.
• Manage project scheduling and billings.
• Oversee the process of sourcing, evaluating, and estimating selected bids.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.
• Manage and delegate tasks through team resources.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.
• Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the company and OSHA.

• 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
• Experience with low voltage, electrical estimating, CCTV, and telecom.
• Proficiency in critical power and electrical project management.
• MS Office experience.
• Experience with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs.

• Heavy electrical or critical power experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively as a member of a team.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• High level of attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $56.00/hr.
