What You’ll Do
- Lead with impact – Serve as Engineer of Record, driving electrical design from concept through commissioning
- Design what matters – Create complete design packages (drawings, specs, power distribution, control systems) for mission-critical facilities
- Bring projects to life – Partner with construction and operations teams, supporting RFIs, submittals, and startup activities
- Own key decisions – Procure and specify major electrical equipment, ensuring performance, quality, and alignment with project goals
- Collaborate across disciplines – Work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver integrated, practical solutions
- Drive innovation – Evaluate new technologies and recommend smarter, more efficient solutions for modern energy systems
- Enhance performance – Conduct power system studies, calculations, and field assessments to ensure reliability and optimization

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10 years of experience in electrical design for commercial, industrial, or power projects
- Strong experience in low and medium voltage power distribution systems
- Experience as Engineer of Record and delivering full design packages
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and power modeling tools (ETAP, SKM, or similar)
- Ability to collaborate, lead, and communicate across teams
Bonus Experience
If you’ve worked with natural gas generation, solar, battery storage, or central plant systems (boilers/chillers)—we want to hear from you. Experience with EPC or ESCO projects is also highly valued.

- Hybrid schedule: In-office Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays
