Job Title: Revit Drafter

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven Drafter with deep experience in Revit. In this role, you’ll transform design concepts into precise, buildable shop drawings that meet project specifications and industry standards. You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality documentation for commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to create detailed shop drawings for metal wall and roof panel systems.
• Develop layout plans, elevations, sections, attachment details, and fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate panel layouts with structural and architectural elements to ensure fit, alignment, and constructability.
• Generate panel schedules, material take-offs, and fabrication lists to support procurement and production.
• Apply expertise in ACM, insulated metal panels, and single-skin systems, including installation methods.
• Conduct quality checks on peer drawings and BOMs to resolve discrepancies before fabrication.
• Incorporate redline corrections from clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and support panel analysis.
• Assist in developing standard product details, manuals, and installation prints.
• Provide technical drawing support to sales and customer service teams.
• Prepare submittal packages and manage revisions.
• Handle multiple drafting projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

• Associate's degree in Architectural Drafting/Design with 0 years professional experience or 2 years experience in leu of degree
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience in architectural drafting, with a focus on building envelope systems
• Strong understanding of construction documents, fabrication processes, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with BOM creation and material take-offs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
