Job Title: Construction Integration Manager
Job Description
The Construction Integration Manager is responsible for coordinating tasks related to ITIM, conducting construction site walks, ensuring quality assurance and quality control, attending scheduled meetings, monitoring safety compliance, engaging with stakeholders, and managing documentation processes. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers.
Responsibilities
- Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.
- Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to detect and address production issues.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
- Set and monitor product standards to ensure the production of quality finished products.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
- Coordinate tasks with ITIM and conduct construction site walks.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and quality control standards.
- Attend scheduled meetings and monitor safety compliance.
- Engage with stakeholders and manage project documentation.
Essential Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.
- Familiarity with machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
- Understanding of design techniques and principles for creating technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in project management, mechanical aptitude, and construction experience.
Work Environment
This position is based 100% onsite in Boydton, BN10. The work schedule consists of 40 hours per week. Required equipment includes a laptop with Bluebeam software, two monitors, a docking station, a keyboard, a mouse, a headset, and full personal protective equipment (PPE) such as steel-toed boots, safety glasses, a vest, and gloves.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
