Data Analytics Lead

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to join our team and drive data analysis initiatives. The successful candidate will work with EPICOR systems to analyze data, generate reports, and conduct cost analysis. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining data models and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, cost trends, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data models and dashboards to track KPIs, cost trends, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to ensure data integrity and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Perform inventory analysis, including valuation, reconciliation, and forecasting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven insights and scenario modeling.
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support strategic decisions across departments.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes using tools like Power BI, Excel, or Tableau.
• Translate complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations for leadership.

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience in cost analysis is a plus.

The position requires you to work onsite five days a week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waukesha, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
