Job Title: Controls Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for executing automation commissioning and validation protocols, troubleshooting and addressing commissioning and validation non-conformances, and working collaboratively with internal engineers and clients to deliver state-of-the-art control systems. Your work will focus on enhancing the efficiency, product quality, and profitability of process manufacturing. Additionally, you will define and implement programmable logic controller (PLC) configurations, and perform testing, on-site commissioning, and qualification of control systems.
Responsibilities
- Execute automation commissioning and validation protocols.
- Troubleshoot and remediate commissioning and validation non-conformances.
- Collaborate with internal engineers and clients to improve control systems.
- Define and implement PLC configurations.
- Conduct testing and on-site commissioning and qualification of control systems.
Essential Skills
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in electrical systems.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Engineering degree in mechanical, systems, automation, or electrical fields.
- On-site building experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparks, NV.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $42.00/hr.
