Description
The Controller plays a vital role supporting excellence throughout the Organization. This person will partner with the Finance team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance under US GAAP, and will also partner with operational and engineering leadership to measure progress towards productivity and efficiency goals. The Controller role offers high visibility and professional growth opportunities for a candidate who thrives on creating, implementing, and sustaining new processes in a growth-oriented environment. • Reconciles accounts. • Directs daily activities of the finance department. • Manages the month end close process. • Assists with costing of products and annual cost roll. • Assists with the production of financial reports. • Presents recommendations on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies. • Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations. • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements. • Ensures tax compliance with state and federal agencies; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for audits. • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $50.00/hr.
