We are seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Manager to oversee and coordinate safety measures on construction sites. This role requires a proactive individual who can implement safety programs to protect workers and enhance the efficiency of production methods. The position is based in Charlotte, requiring a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.
- Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to detect production problems.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff, and resolve personnel grievances.
- Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
- Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for optimizing manufacturing and distribution.
- Proficiency with machines and tools, including their design, usage, repair, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles for producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- 10 years of experience in construction safety management.
- OSHA 30, OSHA 10, and OSHA 500 certifications.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
The role requires proficiency in using Revit and Bluebeam software. A laptop, mouse, and headset will be provided by the supplier, while full PPE will be provided by the client. The position is based in a standard office environment with a focus on improving productivity, quality, and efficiency through team motivation and refined production processes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
