Construction Estimator – Memphis, TN

Join a growing mid-size civil contractor and own the bid. You’ll turn plans into winning estimates, drive competitive pricing, and partner with PMs and subs to deliver smart, buildable projects.

What you’ll do

• Build accurate takeoffs and cost estimates
• Lead bids (hard bid & negotiated) and proposals
• Align scope, schedule, and pricing with project teams
• Level subs/suppliers and find value-engineering wins

What you bring

• 10 years estimating (civil/commercial/industrial)
• Strong plan reading takeoff/software skills (Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift, etc.)
• Proven ability to win work through sharp, reliable numbers

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Memphis,TN.
