Description
The Senior Estimator is responsible for:
• Receiving quote requests from customers or the project execution team.
• Managing assigned quotes and ensuring all required documentation for proposals and record-keeping is complete.
• Working within a bid schedule to ensure proposals are submitted accurately and on time.
• Reviewing labor, material, equipment, and time requirements based on blueprints, specifications, and historical data.
• Presenting bids professionally with clear inclusions, exclusions, and closing strategy.
• Coordinating project handoff after award, including job number creation, budget entry, and kickoff meetings.
• Occasionally tracking jobs post-completion to gather historical data for future estimates.

Key Responsibilities
• Process quote requests and gather necessary information from multiple sources.
• Generate quote tracking numbers and complete work-up process.
• Collaborate with estimating manager to manage schedules and bid dates.
• Prepare and present proposals for management review.
• Establish margins and identify risks with project managers.
• Maintain cost rates and factors up to date.
• Review contract documents for compliance and risk identification.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.07/hr.
