Pharmaceutical Compounder - Job Description
Join a dynamic and growing manufacturing department as a Pharmaceutical Compounder. You will be an essential part of the production team, working closely with various departments to ensure the efficient production of pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
- Follow all procedures and policies in the manufacturing facility.
- Read and document the latest versions of the SOPs in the training record.
- Clean, set up, and operate all related equipment in the manufacturing facility.
- Produce pharmaceutical products according to cGMP standards.
- Adhere to Good Documentation Practices.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Department for line clearance after major or minor cleaning.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Department or Production Supervisor for equipment or facility breakdowns and initiate appropriate work orders.
- Serve as a trainer to new employees or operators from other processing equipment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Essential Skills
- Pharmaceutical Compounding, Mixing, Blending, Compressing, Encapsulation
- Experience with Pharma GMP
- Proficient in Documentation
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment and principles
- Troubleshooting skills for processing area issues
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edison, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
