As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints. You will create and manage project timelines, coordinate with various teams, and supervise construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications. Your role will involve interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring OSHA compliance, monitoring quality control, and utilizing technical software for project management.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams.
- Supervise construction processes, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor construction work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications.
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for project management and documentation.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Essential Skills
- Experience in construction management and supervision.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.00/hr.
