Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer who possesses a strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mastercam or Solidworks, and a proven track record in CNC programming.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CNC programs using Mastercam or Solidworks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the production team to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles in programming.
- Proven CNC programming experience.
- Proficiency in Mastercam or Solidworks.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
- Previous programming experience in a production environment preferred.
- Lead experience is a plus.
- Experience working with multiple cell environments is desirable.
The position is based in a machine shop environment that emphasizes automation. We offer flexible shift options to accommodate individual schedules, allowing for early or late starts and finishes as needed. Our workplace fosters a strong people-oriented culture, providing six holidays and 40 hours of PTO over a nine-month CTH period.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lehighton, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
