CNC Programmer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Advanced CNC Programmer to join our team. This role involves programming complex 5-axis parts using Siemens NX CAD/CAM software for high precision industries such as aerospace and defense. You will be responsible for developing efficient machining strategies across various materials and geometries, ensuring flawless execution through collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Program advanced 5-axis parts using Siemens NX CAD/CAM Software.
• Tackle tight-tolerance work for aerospace, defense, and other high precision industries.
• Develop efficient machining strategies across a wide range of materials and geometries.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure flawless execution.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refine complex tool paths with absolute precision.

Essential Skills

• Mastery of 5-axis CNC Programming
• Proficiency in Siemens NX software.
• Deep knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and G-code.
• Experience with high-precision parts and demanding tolerances.
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving ability.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Management skills.
• Understanding of Swiss machining techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
