📍 Plano, TX | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Rotating Saturdays

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with Purpose: Reach out to potential study participants through inbound calls, outreach texts, and cold calls.
• Screen with Precision: Conduct phone screenings using protocol-specific criteria to determine eligibility.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with study coordinators to meet recruitment goals and ensure participant qualifications.
• Own the Process: Schedule screening visits, send reminders, and track participant progress from first contact to enrollment.
• Stay Organized: Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment data using internal systems.
• Think Strategically: Contribute to recruitment campaigns, develop action plans, and provide weekly progress updates.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate a pipeline of potential participants—even between studies.
• Stay Informed: Participate in study meetings and stay sharp by reviewing assigned protocols thoroughly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
