Job Title: Civil Engineering Designer

Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to join our team in Fort Mill, SC. This position includes projects supporting infrastructure improvements including long-term planning, construction document preparation for roads, storm drainage systems, storm water management facilities, water and sanitary sewer utility design, sediment and erosion control, and traffic control.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure improvements including long-term planning.
• Prepare construction documents for roads, storm drainage systems, and storm water management facilities.
• Design water and sanitary sewer utilities.
• Develop sediment and erosion control plans.
• Create traffic control plans.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology.
• EI or EIT certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of qualifying civil engineering design experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil3D.
• Strong desire to continue learning and advance professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, design team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $41.00/hr.
