What You’ll Do
As a key contributor on our engineering team, you will:
- Partner closely with senior engineers on a wide range of active and incoming development projects
- Design stormwater and drainage systems that meet regulatory and environmental requirements
- Create detailed site plans for commercial, multi‑family residential, retail, and mixed‑use developments
- Support land development efforts, including grading, utilities, traffic engineering elements, and site layout
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including landscape architecture
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 3 years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Hands-on experience with drainage design, grading, utilities, and stormwater management
- Ability to prepare comprehensive, accurate site plans

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poughkeepsie, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $65.00/hr.
