What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chemical Engineer position at Actalent?
Jumpstart your career with a client that's been in the pyrotechnic business for 50 years! Some devices they manufacture include explosive squibs, pressure cartridges, valves, cable cutters, actuators, pin pullers, thrusters, explosive bolts, puncture devices, pneumatic actuation systems, underwater devices and oilfield products. You will be responsible for fulfillment of client requests to support production, while modernization of efforts from both engineering and operations.
Description:
- Mixing and synthesizing reactive materials
- Processing reactive materials
- Handling and transporting reactive materials
- Modernization of Process Improvements
- Supporting Engineering department
- Maintaining lab environment
- Mentoring new reactive materials employees
