Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Public Reporting Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is critical to maintaining compliance and operational efficiency across multiple reporting platforms. Due to current bandwidth constraints, we require someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and submit certified payroll reports in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Prepare and file reports through EDA, Aspire, and Emars platforms.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all public reporting deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and documentation.
- Maintain organized records and audit-ready documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in public reporting, specifically with certified payroll, EDA, Aspire, and Emars.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of reporting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in government or public sector reporting environments.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and audit procedures.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
