What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and update customer-facing design layouts (counters, menu boards, café areas, etc.)
• Redline and mark up architectural drawings using Bluebeam (required)
• Coordinate with external architectural partners and internal teams
• Ensure designs align with approved layouts, standards, and visual direction
• Assist with space planning, equipment placement, and layout adjustments
• Analyze customer and employee flow to improve efficiency and usability of space
• Work with floor plans, elevations, and construction documents (light CAD involvement)

What You’ll Need

• 0–3 years of experience in design, architecture, drafting, or a related field
• Bluebeam experience is required (this is the primary tool used daily)
• Basic understanding of CAD (not a full production design role—focused on redlines/reviews)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Comfortable managing revisions and shifting priorities

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $31.00/hr.
