Responsibilities: Candidate should be able to design and perform cellular assays including siRNA knockdown cell proliferation and activation screening assays Technical expertise: Prior primary cell culture experience is required with experience in qPCR Western ELISA and flow cytometry preferred. What are the top 3-5 skills experience or education required for this position? 1. Sterile tissue culture techniques required 2. Experience running an ELISA 3. Experience with protein extraction methods Western blotting 4. Experience with RNA extraction methods qPCR analysis 5. Experience with flow cytometry 6. Must have BS but MS is preferred would consider PhD immunology 7. Open to working with human tissue Experience Level = 3-5 Years
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
