BIM / VDC Digital Delivery

We are seeking a skilled Digital Delivery Lead / BIM Manager to guide our team of Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists. This role involves managing the digital model environment and deliverables at the project level, ensuring a seamless integration of all disciplines and construction documents.

• Provide leadership and direction to the Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists.
• Manage and maintain the digital model environment and deliverables for projects.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to assist in generating and maintaining the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedures.
• Establish server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables as outlined in project scope.
• Execute digital deliverables and support production teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and communicate deliverable schedules to the project team.
• Monitor model health and coordination processes from planning through construction documentation.
• Mentor and guide team members, overseeing the development and maintenance of the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP).
• Oversee the establishment of document management systems and server infrastructure for multi-discipline projects.
• Ensure the team is equipped with appropriate software, versions, access, and training for project execution.
• Generate and maintain model setups, including project information, coordinates, scales, and other necessary components.
• Host Digital Delivery coordination meetings to ensure quality control through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination processes.
• Communicate and compile all project digital deliverables at predetermined milestones.
• Engage in project archiving at submittals and closeout.
• Engage in effective communication and presentations with management, production staff, and clients.
• Mentor staff to enhance their skillsets and support Project Managers with project needs.
• Collaborate with other Digital Delivery Leads to provide support and guidance.

• US citizenship due to client contract requirements.
• Subject to governmental background check.
• 5 years of digital design (BIM element authoring) experience.
• 5 years of digital delivery (model management) experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of all discipline relations and building systems operations.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Expertise in 3D Coordination tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Familiarity with industry standards, discipline codes, and specifications.
• Basic understanding of automation and programming applications for efficiency.
• Knowledge of 3D design software add-ins and supporting applications.
• Experience with content creation and management concepts.
• Superior client service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical support.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize technical support requests and project work.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and excellent work ethic.

• Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.

The role offers a flexible work environment with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote work per week. Flexibility is provided as needed to accommodate project demands.

This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Raleigh,NC.
