We’re seeking a BIM Specialist proficient in Revit for 3D modeling of architectural, structural, and MEP components. The ideal candidate will have experience with Point Cloud in Revit, familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks and ReCap, and the ability to run clash detection. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive 3D architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) models using Revit.
• Integrate and manage Point Cloud data within a Revit environment to ensure accuracy and up-to-date models.
• Utilize Autodesk Navisworks and ReCap for project visualization and data management.
• Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve potential issues in the design phase.
• Operate within the BIM360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) platform to collaborate and coordinate with various project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Revit for 3D modeling of architectural, structural, and MEP components.
• Experienced in working with Point Cloud data in a Revit environment.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks and Autodesk ReCap.
• Proven ability to run clash detections effectively.
• Knowledge of BIM360 / ACC platform is highly advantageous.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00/hr.
