What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bim Designer position at Actalent?
A leader in technology engineering is looking to add a BIM Designer to their team! If local to Chicago, will be on a hybrid model of Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office. If not local to Chicago, this role will be fully remote.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in producing technology construction drawings using Revit
- Model construction plans, details, smart schedules, and parametric Revit families (LOD 200-400)
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional experience
- Past experience must be within the BIM space, supporting projects in Revit, ideally from an electrical and technology standpoint
- Some exposure to data center projects
- Prior experience within the construction document phase at a design firm is preferred
This is a Contract position based out of Woodridge, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.65 - $40.86/hr.
