This is a hands-on laboratory role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex analytical challenges. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in R&D, Quality, and Production to support product development and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Details:

• Perform routine and non-routine chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, titration, and more.
• Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods to support product innovation and quality assurance.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and ensure compliance with GLP/GMP standards.
• Document results accurately and prepare detailed reports for internal and regulatory use.
• Collaborate with QA and R&D teams to troubleshoot formulation or process-related issues.
• Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and other relevant standards.
• Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in an analytical chemistry role, preferably in the food, beverage, or nutraceutical industry.
• Strong proficiency in instrumental analysis (HPLC, GC, etc.) and wet chemistry techniques.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, food safety standards, and laboratory best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
