Batch Makers are essential to the production of high-performance coatings, linings, and fireproofing products. This role involves precise chemical mixing, equipment operation, and adherence to strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix raw materials according to detailed chemical formulas.
- Operate industrial mixers, pumps, scales, and tanks.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Conduct quality control tests and document production data.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing or batch production.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Proficiency with industrial equipment and basic troubleshooting.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
