Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an Expert Level Manufacturing Engineer to lead an Automation Engineering Project. This role involves overseeing the installation, commissioning, validation, and process implementation of 8-10 new Capital Equipment for a manufacturing line. The position requires experience with Complex Automation Integration involving budgets of 1.5 Million per machine, and the candidate will act as the resident leader from concept to completion, advising on next steps and presenting key insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the automation engineering project, ensuring successful installation and commissioning of new capital equipment.
• Validate and implement processes for 8-10 new machines on the manufacturing line.
• Manage complex automation integration with budgets of 1.5 Million per machine.
• Serve as the site leader, providing direction from concept to completion.
• Recommend next steps and present information to leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineers and Production members to ensure process implementation.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in Manufacturing Automation.
• Expertise in Automation Integration.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting Automation Programs and PLC Ladder Logic.
• Experience in implementing and validating new automation machinery.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $67.31/hr.
