Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical and electrical assembly of custom-designed equipment.
- Conduct field wiring, alignment, and setup of automated solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Utilize hand tools and read SolidWorks prints for mechanical tasks.
- Perform electrical panel wiring/building and understand schematics.
- Troubleshoot PLCs and address any technical issues.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in automation, engineering, assembly, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Experience in machine building and understanding automated equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Automated Systems & Robotics, or equivalent preferred.
- Hands-on experience with power and hand tools, specialized tooling, and mechanics.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well both individually and in teams.
- Willingness to travel by air or car (estimated 10% maximum).
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
