Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to the development and optimization of manufacturing processes. The role involves designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment, as well as providing support to production teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and designing, modifying, and testing methods and equipment.
• Provide manufacturing engineering support to production by answering questions and requests.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to optimize manufacturing flow, cost, and layout by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
• Create product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, and soliciting observations from operators and technicians.
• Draft work instructions in accordance with product requirements and assembly drawings.
• Ensure manufacturing procedures comply with safety and environmental regulations.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD/CAM tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline OR 8 years of equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of tooling, gauging, Six Sigma principles, and capability studies.
• Experience in technical writing, including procedures and work instructions.
• Exposure to process development and manufacturing engineering in aerospace or high-tech production.

Work Environment

This position is based at an on-site manufacturing facility in Midland. Benefits include direct hire status, relocation assistance, hotel accommodation for 2-3 months, a stipend, and stock options.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

client will offer salary, stipend, hotel stay for the first 2-3 months, RSU as well as relocation costs to move to Midland, TX

This is a fully onsite position in Dallas,TX.

This position is anticipated to close on Dec 22, 2025.
