What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors to keep projects on track.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Communicate effectively with the project team on ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals.
• Manage inspections with local jurisdictions and resolve conflicts in construction progress.
• Maintain daily site logs and ensure deficiencies are corrected promptly.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and foster strong working relationships.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and ready for success.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5 years in construction project management, preferably in commercial or multi-family housing.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Autodesk Build, and Smartsheet.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (OSHA 10/30 certification preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $44.00/hr.
