Job Title: Aseptic Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking an Aseptic Training Specialist at our Pharma client site to conduct training activities for aseptic manufacturing areas. The role involves ensuring proper gowning procedures, maintaining sterility, and coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance and effectiveness in training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support gowning training and associated Standard Operating Job Trainings (SOJTs).
• Sample and ensure sterility in the gowning process and collaborate with the Environmental Monitoring (EM) lab on results.
• Assist with associated training and departmental paperwork.
• Work cross-functionally with the site training and EM team.

Essential Skills

• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge.
• Experience in aseptic processing.
• Bachelor's degree in life science field preferred; Associate's degree with recent relevant experience acceptable.
• Experience in training within a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, specifically aseptic training for operators or previous EM experience and training on gowning.
• Foundation in pharmaceutical quality and the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments within and outside of quality groups.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
