Description
- Preparing fee proposals and monitoring expenses to effectively manage project budgets and expenses - Assessing deviations from project requirements and preparing revisions to fees and schedules - Supporting the design team through meetings and reviews, both internally and externally - Contributing solutions to complex design and technical challenges across the course of the project - Collaborate with project consultants to coordinate technical requirements while preserving the design intent - Working closely with the project team to develop and submit all design documents - Supporting the preparation of design documents at each project stage - Reviewing design documents at each project stage to protect adherence to the design intent and contractual obligations - Support the client and design teams by contracting and/or onboarding key consultants - Help facilitate communication and alignment within the project team, as well as between the project and client teams - Travel to project sites to coordinate with local consultant and client teams

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52.00 - $72.00/hr.
