Join our dynamic forensic architecture team to support investigations and restoration projects. This role focuses on Revit-based modeling, structural detailing, and framing plans, often working with existing floor plans. Responsibilities
- Coordinate forensic projects from site visit to final documentation.
- Assist with inspections, evidence collection, and damage assessments.
- Prepare drawings and reports using Revit and Bluebeam.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience; forensic or restoration work is a plus.
- Strong Revit skills; experience with Bluebeam and structural detailing is preferred.
- Comfortable with site visits involving soot, odors, and sensitive conditions (PPE provided or reimbursed).
- Experience with point cloud scanning (BLK, NavVis MLX) – training available.
- Knowledge of Struck Calc and restoration processes.
- Client interfacing personality.
- Knowledge of building codes.
The position offers a 50/50 split between on-site and in-office work. You will be working in a close-knit team of 6 to 7 members in a recently expanded office. The work schedule includes four-day weeks with a nine-hour schedule and half-day Fridays, with flexibility for work-from-home on Fridays if needed. Hours worked can count toward architectural licensure requirements. PPE is provided or reimbursed for site visits, and mileage is reimbursed as well. Additional perks include a Costco Membership.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/hr.
