What You’ll Do
- Translate design concepts into clear, coordinated, buildable solutions
- Lead and produce high-quality Revit-based construction document sets
- Contribute to site planning, building layouts, and massing studies
- Create 3D models and compelling visualizations using SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, structural, civil)
- Support permitting and agency submissions, including responses to review comments
- Take ownership of deadlines while working across multiple projects
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- 3 years of professional experience in an architecture firm
- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Revit (required)
- Experience with SketchUp and rendering tools such as Enscape or Lumion
- Solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Clear, confident communicator who takes ownership of their work

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
