Job Description
- Manage day-to-day project activities and oversee assistants on assigned projects.
- Analyze project context, building materials, and precedents to inform design decisions.
- Develop conceptual and preliminary designs in plan, section, and elevation.
- Create 3D visualizations of design concepts using various mediums.
- Conduct project site planning, zoning and local code analysis, and building code application.
- Design and detail architectural systems and components for buildings.
- Read and interpret drawings, technical documentation, schematics, and reports.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of architecture experience.
- Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Design Suite.
- Ability to produce construction drawings and documents.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, structures, systems, construction materials, and specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and leadership abilities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
