Architect

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team, focusing on K-12 projects through various stages including Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. Responsibilities

• Lead K–12 projects through Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
• Produce and modify Revit-based drawing sets, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Assist with redlines, revisions, and coordination across disciplines such as structural, MEP, and civil.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, organization, and adherence to firm standards.
• Participate in internal coordination meetings and occasional client or consultant meetings.
• Assist senior staff with code research, basic detailing, and documentation support.

• Proficiency in Revit and architectural design.
• Experience in construction documents and schematic design.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Accredited degree in Architecture.
• 2 years of post-graduate, professional experience.

• Open to entry-level candidates with strong internships.
• Experience in commercial projects; residential experience is not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lombard, IL.

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $33.65/hr.
