Compensation: 80k - 150k annually

Audi Southampton is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you.
As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring a premium ownership experience while coordinating vehicle service and maintenance needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
- Schedule service appointments and accurately document customer concerns.
- Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance needs, and service timelines.
- Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.
- Promote recommended maintenance and service offerings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and help maintain high CSI scores.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with luxury brands is a plus but not required.
