MISSION OF THE POSITION

The Fabrication Admin enhances the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to ACT employees.
Administrative

• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
• Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
• Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
• Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, correspondence, or other material.
• Order and dispense supplies.
• Create labels and folders for new quotes and customer files.
• Ensure the material and job name are correct prior to order processing.
• Sign out customers for will call orders.
• Keep records of invoices and support documents.
• Create billing documents.
• Provide customers with day work quotes.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
