Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment, ensuring timely and safe handling.
- Perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects to support production and assembly lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold our high safety and efficiency standards.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures to contribute to a safe working environment.
- Operate basic machinery and tools, with opportunities for training on advanced equipment.
- Support assembly, installation, and maintenance tasks, directly impacting the quality of our aerospace products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Promptly report any issues or hazards to supervisors to facilitate continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and swing shifts, as per production requirements.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
